December 31, 2015 | 35 Comments This is blog entry Day 14 of my 30 day blog Challenge So as I’m counting down the hours and minutes to the end of 2015 I am reminded of of two universal principles. 1. Time and Attention are the only two scarce resources. As each second ticks over you’ll never get it again. And it will cost you more time to dwell on every second that just ticked over. 2. Over 90% of breakdown in business occurs due to poor process Instead of blaming someone for the breakdown focus on improving the process If you’re a business owner then listen up Most people get into business with this incredible desire and passion to take something they dream about and make it real, yet so few really achieve the kind of success that they really want. For many people it becomes something they love but then it turns into a big job. What I mean by that is they often get into business with an idea to create a lifestyle or maybe a great deal of freedom, or a lot of free time to spend with your loved ones. But seriously, how is that working out for you? In the world we’re in today if you’re looking for free time and you just got into business that’s like like saying I’m going to have a child so I can have more free time. Together We Are Better Everything I do, I believe in helping achieve success in your business. I believe in together we are better. How I achieve success is by removing trauma, drama and breakdowns in your business. I create predictable transformation in your business by improving & managing your processes and workflows. Welcome 2016 In 2016 I am committed to and focused on building my brand as the Business Process Guru. I will be adding value to my business community by helping address their biggest problems. I will deliver value by blogging, video training, webinars, podcast, workshops, and of course, one on one consulting. Basically I’ll be repeating exactly the same pieces of advice and principles but over multiple channels. If you’re a business owner, then I’m reaching out to you. I have a passion for what you do. Lets make 2016 a year of positive transformation. Remember Time and attention are the only scarce resource we’ve got. Focus on improving your business processes and workflows. That is all for now.
