Hello and Welcome to My Blog! I’m Peter Reginald! Have you ever… thought that you were destined for greatness? been bitten by the ‘Business Bug’? been inspired by those who have reached great heights of success by making a positive difference in the world? wanted to leave the “rat race”, achieve financial freedom, and live on your own terms? Well that was me back in 2005 shortly after I finished reading Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert T. Kiyosaki. I was working a full-time JOB in the city. It felt like my life was being lived for me. I knew that my skills, talents and my previous business experiences were going to waste. First let me rewind… Childhood Learning I was very fortunate to be brought up surrounded by entrepreneurs. My grandfather was a merchant, my uncles and aunties owned retail shops. I was taught at an early age that there are 5 reasons people become an entrepreneur. 1. The opportunity to control your destiny. 2. Freedom to spend your time doing what’s important to you. 3. Unlimited financial potential. 4. Location independence. 5. The chance to leave a lasting legacy. As a child I was allowed to develop an almost fearless sense of curiosity – dismantling “things” to its basic components to find out what made them tick. I learned to be of value to others by solving problems, sharing my knowledge & experience in a fun and positive light. First Business My first official business was founded in my final year in high school with my best friend. We were both über geeks and we set out to solve computer problems within our local community. After we finished high school we ended that business. I started another computer business while I studied Electronics, Software Programming, Website and Application Development. Over the years I went through cycles of starting a business, failing and learning… lots of learning. I worked very hard to achieve my reasons to become an entrepreneur. But there were a few of common themes in all my past businesses. Even though I owned and operated my own businesses: I was exchanging my time for money, it still felt like I had a JOB, and I was still stuck in the rat race. Make Money While You Sleep I knew that successful entrepreneurs made money day or night, while they were hustling and while they were asleep. I knew that I needed to leverage the potential of the internet in order to be successful. That’s when I found out about an Online Marketing Training Platform called My Lead System Pro. For the longest time I’ve known about affiliate marketing and making money online but it was like those who did well in that type of business held their cards close to their chest. With My Lead System Pro I’ve learned a lot of proven and cutting edge marketing techniques. If you want to learn how to build a brand, generate leads online and earn money while you sleep then this training platform is for you! I use these techniques to get more interested prospects for my consulting business. Business Process Guru I am also the founder of a Management Consulting business, specialising in “Business Process Management” to other consultants and small businesses. But wait, “What the heck is Business Process Management”, I hear you ask! In a nutshell, it involves documenting every single process, task, job, etc. that is performed to run your business and then I set out to optimise each processes so that your business runs like a lean mean Olympic peak performer. If you’ve worked with a business coach before then you may have heard of the term, “KPI” or the phrase, “what you measure gets managed” – well they all belong to Business Process Management. what you measure gets managed Just think of BPM like being given a step by step, turn by turn directions to get to your business goals efficiently and effectively. Once you have transparency and have that “map” in your hands you can seek the most optimal route or take alternative routes when and if needed. Even small businesses need BPM, not just big business. Think of it like when a personal trainer takes your current measurements and then writes up a workout program based on your objectives. Remember to link predictable transformation to the handout. “When performance is measured, performance improves. When performance is measured and reported back, the rate of improvement accelerates.” – Thomas S. Monson 5 Facts About Me I started to provide tech support at 14 years of age, that’s 26 years ago! I can remember most of my dreams after waking up. I love hot spicy food, the hotter the better! I can play over 30 musical instruments. I produce house and trance music. Thank you for dropping by to learn more about me. Feel free to contact me via my social channels and let me know if you need any help with your consulting business.
